Our 3-layer, impact- and pressure-resistant hammerproof super fleece is a fleece fiber roll consisting of high-density, thermally fixed recycled fibers, a fully laminated surface reinforcement using a plastic mesh grid and a fully laminated new PE film. Thanks to its very high grammage of 850gr/m², this product allows the user to protect non-emitting floors and surfaces from high mechanical influences such as scaffolding, pallet trucks or impacts. Its elastic yet firm nature means that HSV25-1PE can be laid around edges and corners with little effort (using a cutter or scissors). With a lot of time savings and as a cost-effective alternative to chipboard on covering fleece or foil, the HSV invites you to test it on every construction site. The spunbond, which is fully laminated on the top, increases the barrier effect against liquids, ensures that there is less color irritation and makes it easier to sweep and vacuum the surface. The new PE film, fully laminated on the underside, ensures a 100% vapor barrier/liquid barrier. Hammerfest super fleece is therefore suitable for all types of non-emitting surfaces.

Our Hammerfest protective flooring is laid next to each other in strips and fixed and connected with adhesive tape. For edges, corners and angles, the flooring is simply cut to size with a cutter or scissors. This creates full-surface protection for all types of indoor surfaces.
